Many times, multiple BPOs are ordered and wide spreads in value estimates occur often. With our desktop value reconciliations, we jumpstart and enrich the process by delivering relevant local data to the appraiser’s desktop, including subject prior sales/listings, transaction types and physical characteristics.

Some reconciliation products stop at analyzing only source documents and use a “hunt and peck” approach to searching third party data. ATI uses analytics derived from local data sources that are then reviewed by appraisers to independently select comparables and identify local market trends and indicators.
